Moot Supreme Court

Students will participate in a moot Supreme Court. Working in groups, students
will assume the role of a legal team responsible for arguing one side of one of
four actual cases. Students will
research the case they have been assigned, assess Constitutional issues,
develop written and verbal arguments supporting one side of the case, and
present those arguments in a simulated Supreme Court hearing.

Week of December 5, 2016: Students will prepare arguments and write legal briefs.
